An activist for many years, Ms. Williams, founded Kit Kats Kids to feed her desire to enrich communities in need by providing them with assistance.  Ms. Williams is a dedicated humanitarian who continues to inspire others with her selfless work.

Ms. Theresa Williams has been a registered Nurse for over 25 years. She has varied hobbies including jewelry making, baking and spending time with family and friends. Theresa has a spirit of service and we appreciate her dedication to helping others.

Rana A. Phillips is an Operations Service Manager for the City of Philadelphia’s Central IT Agency. She has served in the position since May 2020 and has over 30 years of customer service experience. From the private sector to now serving in the public sector since 2014, Rana is a true leader and an innovative professional in the service industry. She is passionate about helping others and getting whatever is tasked done. She loves God, her family, her Sorority, and she loves to travel. Rana also enjoys cooking, watching old TV sitcoms and shopping for shoes. Her life quote is “To thine own self be true.”
