Catherine Revels Scholarship
The Catherine Revels Scholarship is named after Catherine Patterson, the Great Grandmother of Kit Kats Kids founder. Catherine was born in 1914 in Laurinburg, North Carolina, the eldest of nine children to sharecropping parents. Because of financial difficulties, she had to leave school early and did not have the opportunity to pursue higher education. This scholarship is intended to help students who, like Catherine, face financial barriers to education and want to achieve their academic goals.

Despite facing challenges in life, this 11-year-old student haselled in her studies and demonstrated a remarkable commitment to her education.
